Carrot: juice, puree, concentrate, frozen, aseptic

This fruit is documented by Greek and Latin writings dating as far back as 500 B.C. Now carrots are cultivated in many countries around the world, as an easy complement to many food recipes. A very nice, fern like decoration may be obtained by slicing off the thick end of the carrot and placing this leafy end into a saucer of water positioned in a warm environment.

The spindle shaped root is orange/red, thick, fleshy, and cultivated for its pleasant odor and peculiar, sweet flavor. Rich in vitamins and flavor, carrots are a popular dinner vegetable and an important ingredient in soups and stews. Low in calories, they add color and a unique sweetness that enhances other flavors.

Our products are processed from fresh, full-bodied fruits, free from off flavors. Products are pasteurized, and no preservatives are used. All incoming raw material is inspected, sorted and analyzed prior to processing. Each processed lot is guaranteed to be manufactured in accordance with USDA, FDA and international regulatory requirements. Each lot is tested and will meet our written specifications.

Puree concentrates and juice concentrates can be manufactured to a different Brix if specified in advance by customer.
